It is hidden behind the crank and mounted to ISCG-05 tabs that are located around your bottom bracket. It offers great protection for both oval and round chainrings especially direct mount rings that cannot mount to a standard 4-bolt bashring. The Taco Bashguard fits up to a 32T oval chainring or 34T round one.
